      I don't have issues when I'm gaming wirelessly and I fixed it by changing the wireless channel to 6, you'd find that you would get a very stable result or possibly 11.

      These are the wireless channels that are perfectly reliable, you could try 3, I did that when I was with AOL and it actually did make a heck of alot of difference, maybe that might also work for you?

      So just after its fine for about 2 week, its started to go slow again! I cant be playing with the disconnections every 3 minutes, I can hardly get a game of anything in! I wanna know what I should do to fix this problem, I shouldnt be getting this **** and be paying for this lag.

      Any help? and it doesnt help that the router takes about 3 years to come on after attempting 100 times and getting red lights ffs

      Your getting red lights on the router? If that's the case I would say the router is probably slowly breaking and you should get sky to replace it!

      Electronic items sometimes break prematurely, it's inevitable and isnt really anybodys fault. At least they are replacing it for you

      yer, but its just not the router its the conection or DSL or whatever its called, its been "capped" for no reason _

      Red light = usually PSU issue. Call sky and they'll send a free PSU.
