      Max delays

Just rang sky and got my max delays reduced from 32 to 8. Not made a huge difference 43ms down to 33ms.
My question is this, last year a member of cst said he'd reduced my max delays to 0 and my ping came down to 12ms, the lady tonight said the lowest they could set it was 8 is this true?
Also on llu is there such thing as interleaving or fastpath?
      Cheers Rob

      Re: Max delays

Max delays settings are either 8/16/32. CST can physically change the line to fastpath, but it isn't allowed to be done, so 8's are the lowest whilst interleaving is on.

      Re: Max delays

I've seen many agents turn interleaving off and put people on fastpath, but it's really luck of the draw whether you get one willing to risk their job.

      Re: Max delays

It'll go to the cst queue either way, but as I say, mate, it is against procedure so don't expect anyone to do it unless you're very lucky.
