Re: Fifa Clubs PS3 and Sky Connect - NIGHTMARE?

If you are on Sky Connect as you profile states then you are stuffed.

Sky connect is badly over subscribed and they do not have enough capacity especially at peak times (5pm - midnight).

Your only option is to move ISP's, if you can get an LLU operator in your exchange then this would be your best option.

There are many threads on this forum all stating the problems with Sky Connect so I won't g through them all again, a simple search will confirm just how stuffed you are!!!

You can leave Sky Connect in contract as many on here have done due to it not being useable, just ask for your MAC code and clearly state that you cannot use the service as it is.

As you have already been advised, you are on Sky Connect, that is the problem and leaving for another ISP is the soloution, nothing else will work.

PS, this is nothing to do with the 10 day period, it's been like this on Connect for over a year, you know the soloution, I advise you do it before your cooling off period ends.

Hi on connect as there is more Customers joining the connect package and Sky not buying more band width from Bt the connect package is turning out to be useless for any type of on line gaming read the connect threads

What do you mean about the 10 day period I thought you had been on the connect package for some time

I thought 448Kbps was a Sky Bt re-badged product. sorry do not know anything about XLN except being a business broadband I would have thought business broadband would be good
