No matter what host I connect to on xbox live, the best I can hope for is a 3 bar connection, I am never on full 4 bar even on a english host. I contacted sky via the KANA online form about max delays as soon as I transfered over to Sky from AOL and was told I was being put on a gaming profile so my ping was lower. That solved my high ping issues for a couple of months, but recently it has gone to how it was back then. A couple of days ago I sent another KANA online form saying this time to just lower my max delays to 8 specifically but have had no response yet.

Another issue of mine is my actual download + upload speeds, I was told the best I could hope for was 4 meg by sky but was getting 6.7 meg for 3 months until recently its dropped down to 5.1 meg which I don't understand why. I am on Sky Unlimited with the Netgear V2 router. Why Has my connection speed dropped?

My Router is switched off over-night, will this effect anything?(If this seems stupid, its just I have no clue what so ever when It comes to connections)
