      Ping Help

      Hey all so I have read the sticky above about gaming pings. But when I try to e-mail sky their form dose't have a box where I fill out my problem.

      For instants if I select, sky broadband,connection then it list's cannot connect,slow connection etc. But when i select any of the options I don't get a box where I can fill in "I want my max delays changed" :/

      i just logged mine under slow connection when i got mine changed they send an email to you with things to check and then u can reply back with the problem

      Sky seeem very slow when it comes to using the e-mail system.

      Try their phone line 08442 410 515 (I think thats the right number but worth a double check)
      and explain the problems and they should pass you up to tier 2 who can help you with your delays. Just explain your a gamer and want lower pings.

      Beware you might have you download speed reduced a bit to make it more stable.

      they should pass you up to tier 2
      Although some Tier 1 agents keep referring to it, there is no Tier 2 and has not been for over 2 years. The next section up is CST, the Customer Solutions Team.
