    Horrendously Slow Xbox Marketplace

      I can understand knocking it down a bit during peak times but 0.7meg is ridiculous when even there own call handlers are telling me I'm getting 8meg.
      I ain't paying for less than 1 meg when I should be expecting 6 times that. I realise I'll never get 8 but 6 during off peak dropping to 4 or something would be nice for a start.

      I've complained again and it's being reffered to the speed team or something as the call handler stated that 0.7 was just way too low even at peak times.

      Next time I'm gonna cancel the contract as would even rather pay the rest of the contract and get a better provider than wait another 3 hours to download a 170MB video clip like i had to do the other night.

      EDIT!! Just did another test, now I'm down to 0.4MB

      Have a look at Sky Connect Broadband - Are you being slowed down? and you will see slow speeds which have happened at various times of the day and night I have seen as low as actual IP Throughput Achieved during Test was 7kbps now that is low

      Just did another test and got 11kbps so getting close to that low score you just mentioned.

      Until you switch from Sky Connect, It will not get any more reliable.
