      What is fair and reasonable?

Hi, I'm a sky connect customer since the 3rd April and i must say i have never been more disatisfied with a service. The constant packet loses and the extremely slow speeds (0.3-0.7 MB/s) during peak times is just frustrating, I was getting 18kbs last night downloading a driver from ATI, took a stupid amount of time.

I know it says in the T's and C's that they may do this, but my argument is that it is close to being unusable and thus not fair or reasonable (in a legal sense) on the customer as the service provided by sky is damaged or not working correctly.

To pay 17 a month to sit and get frustrated and stressed every night i come home is just plain stupid, but that seems to be the service i am getting for my 17 unfortunately.

If i could get out of the contract now i would, but i would rather not pay the full contract out to sky as they just infuriate me. I wouldn't even mind paying off the router as i have opened it and used it, but just let me out!!

If the exchange in my local area is being over used, sky should surely rent more from BT so that the service becomes usable again. Is that not what we pay our money for, a fair and reasonable service!?

I really just needed a vent,

      Your thoughts,

      Runty

It is not going to get any better soon. Phone up Customer Relations and tell them you are very dissatisfied with the broadband service you are receiving and want to leave. It is no use calling support for this, the number for Customer Relations is 0207 7053000, if they have not disconnected it due to the complaints they are getting.

Couldnt agree more with the above posts. Sky connect customers are getting a very bad deal and something needs to be done. Maybe if all the connect customers vote with thier feet and leave maybe something will be done.....

Good idea but Sky are signing up so many new connect Customers at the moment that seems to be where one of the main problems exists
