    microfilter in test socket

      microfilter in test socket

      5 or 6 days ago my connection was all jumpy so support at sky had me plug into the test socket,itsorted it and my ping seem to come down aswell.the man said leave it in but i read on here thats not good??just seen about i plates,would that work for me???im a bit worried now .
