Capping Download Speed to get Better Ping?

This is a discussion on Capping Download Speed to get Better Ping? within the Gaming on Sky forums, part of the Sky Broadband help category; My reference to 'plebs' was that Sky are treating them as such, not that anything is wrong with them....

Re: Capping Download Speed to get Better Ping?

i've been using the kana form and ask sky to reduce my max delays to 8 cause i have a high ping. all i got was that **** standard reply.. kind of a questionaire. i refused to answer these questions in particular just saying that everything seems to be alright and insisted on reducing my max delays to 8 again. i said they should pass this mail on to the CST if they didn't know what it is all about... and i didn't get an answer so far
