      Nothing's changed for me

Still getting around 6.5mbps on Speedtest but ping is usually around 140ms. I MUST try and get through to CST again, but atm I reaaallly cba because I have to do through a load of crap with tier 1 every time.

And it keeps cutting off when they say they'll 'put me through'.

If you have an open ticket you should not have to go through all the TS, unless the CST agent has advices T1 to go through a few checks

I'm currently listening to the nice sky music haha. This time is was fairly quick to get put through to CST; mainly because I spoke to a nice english chap.

7pm on a Saturday is gonna be crazzzy, could be waiting here all night.

I'll let you know. Do you think I should just ask to be put on fastpath straight away?

      INTERESTING NEWS CHAPS!

Finally got through to CST, and this woman said the only thing she could do is "put me in a queue on 'offnet' (whatever that is) to pass the problem on to BT who might be able to sort it out".

I asked about fastpath and she said that YESTERDAY the WHOLE BUILDING were told NO ONE can put ANY ONE on fastpath. What a joke.

But anyway, she said the 'Offnet' queue is about 2 days, and then I'll get a call/text to my mobile telling me something has (or hasn't) been done.

      We shall see what happens...
