Bit of a shame really, maybe worth trying again. As the pings can be changed very simply.

not really, it's just hoping the agent you first get to before getting to CST knows procedure...once at CST it's an easy fix...

      Update: -

Rang Sky last night and spoke to "JĒ who didnít have a clue what I was talking about. The best he could come up with was I need to contact my supplier of my network interface card. Anyway he wasnít a big help and couldnít put me through to anyone else. Must have been very new @ Sky. Phoned back strait after he hung up the phone and spoke to a lady who knew exactly what to do and raised a ticket for me.

      Ping was: 160
      Ping now: 64
ME now 1 very happy bunny

Thanks to IAmNotTheEnemy & googleme you where a big help

      Re: Bad Ping On Sky!

      Hi All 

As you can see I’m getting pings between 80-96 and I am less then 5 miles away from my local exchange and live in London where the ping test was done, I’m going to phone up sky and see if I can get the ping times lowered as I believe this is very high.

Just not sure who to talk to, Option 1 for this option 2 for that, so I guess that’s my question who exactly do I talk to?
And do I say I’m a PC gamer?

      Thank all for any advice.
