Well i have an Xbox 360 and tend to go Xbox Live. As my routers disconnects from the internet i have UPnP turned off but my Xbox 360 get's a moderate NAT. So im thinking of setting a Static IP onto it and just wondering if it is safe? Can someone answer this quick please.

I think you may be referring to giving the Xbox a static or manual address, not your router. I don't see why there should be any security issues, the address is only used within your own network.

Yeah, there's no security issue, but it won't resolve the "moderate NAT" issue.
