      Counter-Strike Server

Hmm, so when i forward all the ports properly. Even enable DMZ for the server, the counter-strike dedicated server still gives this message (its on a linux box) :
      root@plexus:/srcds# ./srcds_run -game cstrike -ip 90.198.xx.xx +maxplayers 50 +map de_dust2
      Auto detecting CPU
      Using default binary.
Server will auto-restart if there is a crash.

      Console initialized.
      Game.dll loaded for "Counter-Strike: Source"
      maxplayers set to 32
      maxplayers set to 50
WARNING: NNET_OpenSocket: bind: Cannot assign requested address
Couldn't allocate dedicated server UDP port

Add "-debug" to the ./srcds_run command line to generate a debug.log to help with solving this problem
Wed Jan 2 23:43:10 GMT 2008: Server restart in 10 seconds
Wed Jan 2 23:43:15 GMT 2008: Server Quit

Been through millions of other tutorials for it, none work.

      Re: Counter-Strike Server

I may be wrong but you could try the internal IP of the Linux box? Instead of the external Sky one? Just a guess.

      Re: Counter-Strike Server

The internal ip starts the server ok, but dosent show up on the lan list. But if i put no ip at all it shows on the lan list but NOT on the internet list.
