      Help a newbie out. :)

      Hi.
First of all, this forum is great! I found answers to alot of problems with setting up my router and such. Thanks <3
      Now to the main problem.
I just came off World of Warcraft. Now, when i just joined sky about two months ago, the first 2/3 weeks were great. 40-85ms latency which is fine to play alongside.
Then recently, my latency is constantly at a value of 250ms, and every 5 minutes (give or take) i get a 5 second lag spike.
5 seconds may not sound like much, but it does make or break the game in certain situations.
I'd like to know why my latency has suddenly shot up a bit, and why i get these consistant lag spikes?
No, it's not the server i play on, for everyone else i know on there has no such problem.
      Could anybody help me?

      EDIT: Heres a speed test.

hi what you can try is speak to sky tier 1 and tell them your problem and they should give you a Ticket number (which allows you to speak to tier 3). tier 3 can reduce you max delay from 32 to 8 which reduces ping.
it worked for me, good luck
