ah cheers for advice i just rang them and the guy setted my max delays to 8 and it really helped me thanx alot

ERM,
The picture your showing shows a latency of 33 ms - i'd be drooling at that. Mine is 110ms to my nearest server in maidenhead !!

Still - i've tried an email to broadband support - it says they'll reply shortly (and santa still exists of course  )

my picture is stats from my works isp. My sky pings are around 80-100 on UK servers. I do have a very poor BT line but getting something done isn't easy as any problems i have are intermittent.

thats the point of a ticket system, you have to get a ticket and wait ur turn......you que for other things in life so this is another one im affraid. just get a ticket raised and call back in once u have the number after a day or so and see if you'll go through

i will just tell you what i done i just called 08705 800 800 and was pressing about broadband , than i said to guy that i need to my max delays to set to 8 and he just transfered me to tier 3 and i told him to set my max delays to 8 and he done that, so in few minutes i had good ping in game
