very rarely will it put to 8 as it can cuase more problems than it solves - 16 is the usual figure

as for ur line, ur far away so you might finding capping to 2MB and lowering to 16s will solve ur issues...

I have no problems at all playing CSS on Sky, I ain't even bothered to telephone tier 3, If you can't play with a 60/70 ping mabey the fault is not with your connection, perhaps its more to do with hand eye coordination......

I'm on sky mid, got them to change my max delay and the pings are fine.

Simply send in a request on the website and wait a few days for a response and they'll sort it.

my service is the same as Pipex aws from my house, a ping of 50ms on average in mohaa only £5 instead of £27.

I'm in a gaming clan each night playing matches and using TS and the pings are fine.

USER ERROR springs to mind here.

I have done similar in the past but here are my pings to bbc and jolt. Bare in mind that when playing cs source or bf1942 ect.. my pings are usually around 20ms in uk.

Sky cannot be good for some people and bad for others? unless there is an exchange problem or bad end user setups or dodgy wiring.
