      Xbox 360, Hosting games problem....

Hi guys, although i vsited here a lot before choosing Sky BB i have only just registered.

When i was with Tiscali broadband i had no problem joining freinds games or Hosting games with friends, recently after changing to Sky BB I cannot host or join games with certain people on my friends list.

This really is frustrating! What can i do to make this better or completely vanish!?

lol you can always join us on the game clan and have more friends lol though that dosent sort your problem

it is odd a few of us have 360s in the clan though i am not on sky we had issues playing together i dont think it is sky stopping you from playing etc it is an odd one is it just you and a few friends having issues or do you know of others with this prob

one thought have you set your router to allow conections in /out etc on the ports

Well it seems to be between 4 of my regular gaming friends on my list, i cannot join them and they cannot join me, doesnt matter which game either, we can never join eachother.

Now im new to all this port business, so what do i have to check for?

you just need to have your nat on your xbox 360 as open, goto system then network settings then test xbox live connection and what does it say next to nat after the test is complete? it should say "open" for it to work perfect with your friends. you basically need to open the xbox live port on your router to your xbox 360 (and make sure your xbox has a static ip to your router)
