If you have UPnP enabled on the router, then you shouldn't have to do anything.

It can go a bit funny sometimes though (reboot normally sorts it), plus many here recommend disabling UPnP on the router as it can cause disconnections (see Router Freeze, Loss of Connection Possible Fix)

If you disable UPnP, then you need to manually forward the relevant Xbox Live ports to the 360.

This requires the 360 to have a manually assigned IP address (192.168.0.x,), gateway (192.168.0.1 - the router's IP) & DNS (192.168.0.1 - the router's IP). Or, you can use the address reservation function within the router's LAN IP setup to make sure the 360's MAC address always gets the same IP address.

You then need to create two new services on the router: One for port 88 UDP, & one for port 3074 TCP/UDP.

The two services then need to be used to create two Firewall Rules, where you set each to forward to the 360's IP address & have them as "ALLOW always".

There's info on setting up Rules here, it's for uTorrent but the principle is the same - http://www.skyuser.co.uk/forum/p2p-d...html#post56686

Might not necessarily be your NAT. I noticed my test said I had a moderate NAT. I gave the 360 a static ip (in the NAT'd range) and put firewall rules in to accept 3074 and 88 traffic to that address. Hey presto shows up as Open NAT.
