USB tv tuner
My second tv has recently expired. Before purchasing a new replacement lcd etc I have been researching whats available. In the meanwhile I thought I'd use a usb tv tuner my daughter has spare now she has an lcd in her room. My idea was to wire the output from rf1 on my + box to the tuner. However when I search for channels I get nothing, tho if I connect it to the normal ariel I get loads, albeit poor quality due to the ariel being quite old. I'm guessing that the rf1 output is analogue and the usb tuner is looking for digital so thats why I get nothing thru the + box ?

Re: USB tv tuner
I thought these things only looked for regular terrestial TV channels.
When I wanted to hook the Sky+ up to the PC i used a cheap external video capture card and a 5m USB cable.I'm a PC, and Windows 7 Backup saved my sanity when BitDefender imploded !!!
