Have you actually installed the Router Tool? Do this and you will find the username and password section. Open the Web interface by right clicking the blue sheild in the system Tray, Click Tools in the Top menu, then Calculate Sky Password in the left pane. When you do this make sure you change the router list to your type.

Re: Sagam F@st 2504 Username Password

The "Calculate Sky Password" option generates the password from an algorithm and I do not know the algorithm for this router (hence the not supported error). There is a way to get the password however:

      1. Open the Sky Router Tool web admin
      2. Select "Running Processes" (on the home page)
      3. One of the items in the list will be titled "pppd" followed by some more text, click this
      4. The command line box will contain something like:
      pppd -c 0.38.1 -a 0.0.38 -u xxxxxx@skydsl -p xxxxxxxx -f 0 -t 60

where xxxxxx@skydsl is your username and xxxxxxx is your password

Do you have it connected to your phone line? PPPD will only be running the router is plugged in and connected to the internet.

Re: Sagam F@st 2504 Username Password

Great to hear it worked. Thinking about it, the reason why you where not seeing pppd was probably because you where connected using MER (a new authentication method sky are slowly rolling out to replace PPPoA), they don't seem to have updated my exchange yet so I am still using PPP.

It is odd that dhcpd gets passed your username and password though, maybe this has something to do with why dhcp does not work on 3rd party routers when connecting using MER (DrayTek 2830 connecting via MER), password protected DHCP server maybe?
