D-Link DSL-2640S extracting username & password, hope these might help someone

ANyone know what I need to do? Should I try downgrading the firmware?

You could try downgrading the firmware, but first try resetting the router and try the app again.

Everytime I downgrade the firmware on my D-LInk router and run Mels App (1.7) I get the following password details:

Username = 12345@skydsl
Password = 12345

These do not seem correct. What am I doing wrong and how do I get the correct details from this router so I can set my Belkin N1 Vision up?
