Firmware Upgrade on Netgear DG834GT

Before reading this thread Please read this first.

Having read several threads on upgrading the firmware on the Netgear GT834GT Router i decided to have a go (http://www.skyuser.co.uk/forum/sky-router/1199-ive-done-flashed-router-got-my-sky-password.html)
I have a brand new router and the firmware is currently V1.02.28 But no matter what i do i cannot get it to upgrade.
Can anyone help please?

not worth the risk considering the official FW is due soon...are you actually having problems with it as it is?

Im not having a problem with it, but i want to use my old router as it has a print server but the netgear doesn't, hence i need my logon username and password for my sky BB account

you dont' need to flash it then - thought you just run a prog off here and it extracts it...

cant say i know as ive never done it...

Can you point me in the right direction for the program that extracts it then, please?

its not a program, it URL injection...just trying to find the link...

EDIT: use this, save the output somewhere and open it with notepad - i think...

so long as you know you're breaking T&C's of using Sky's service and if found out can face cancellation...
