      Re: General Election

      Hello All
I have to agree with many of the thoughts within the last couple of posts. The Main Reason these unelected officials
are making so many threats regarding the UK is not because we had the audacity to vote to leave the EU there worry
is the Loss of the UK payments, It will have no effect on our so-called influence within the EU lets face facts most of
the small eastern European countries have very little Money anyway & exports mainly people I work with quite a few
and none of them want to return Home anytime soon they are very Happy to be Here & Love life in the Uk .......

I have been to many of their homes & they have visited Me many times. Not too sure about Fish for Xmas Lunch...!!
Greece is Skint, Belguim is too small, Italy has many problems. So these Top Officials are worrying where they are
going to get their Vast Salaries Over inflated Expense Accounts & Gold Plated Pensions from....?
Mind you if Corbyn & Mccluskey ever get the chance to rule God Help Us ..................................

      Just a Thought...........Have a Good Weekend..

      Re: General Election

It isn't s much that they'll lose our money, more that others will consider leaving. None of the US States have left the USA since joining.

Also as far as Scotland in concerned, Spain has enough issues trying to keep things together as well. I can't every see them allowing Scotland to join the EU on their own.

Finally, Gibraltar, Spain is a joke. Just ask them what they are doing about Ceuta.

      Re: General Election

In response to Mt. Verhofstadt's threats...

      Likewise.

I guess the first ones to get tossed out of the UK would be anyone from Europe who doesn't have a job.

Also it's worth pointing out that all the Ferry companies which operate across the channel are not owned by UK companies.

      Re: General Election

      Good Morning All
I see from Todays Headlines that the EU has continued on its path of let's make the UK agree to every thing
we want before we give anything in return : First 60bn Euro's sounds like a good figure So we will start with
that then all rights for EU nationals living in the Uk now just for luck throw in a United Ireland............

I cannot believe these people are for Real do they really think we will just hand over 60bn : Christ you could
buy Greece for alot less then that...Ha Ha another day in cuckoo Land.

      Just a Thought.............Have a Nice Day................

Britain does not need Europe as much as Europe needs Britain.
      America trades through Britain (mostly)

Whilst this may be true, it doesn't take much to realise that they will just send the ships directly to another port.

The British in general have a major handicap. Most Europeans speak multiple languages. English is widely spoken. Fluently.

Most British just speak the one language.
