Well guys, just consider things carefully net time you want something ironed!
hehehehe....
Mine is a 2300watt iron. I guess they'll be next! Taking a quick look at a well known retailers, all their steam irons are 2000 watts and over.
Anyone want to try ironing their shirts or trousers with a 900watt iron?

I'm sure that if it happens innovative manufacturers will find a way round the regulations. In this case perhaps a 900 watt iron with a separate steam generator which doubles as a wallpaper stripper.
Just need to get a few extra switch sockets.Scubbie likes this.
