Have you tried a pair of these?

You can make them, using the instructions from here.

If you've just got a sound system with 3D player then the answer is no - you need a way of actually WATCHING the 3D image - either a 3D TV or projector.

You posted a similar question a little while ago and were provided suitable responses. Don't you remember?

Hi, you can only watch 3D if you have a 3D TV. The only question you should be asking is what kind of 3DTV.
You have 2 kinds of 3DTV.
Active and passive.
Active use high speed shutter glasses and give you true full HD 3D. The tvs are usually more expensive and so are the glasses. Some glasses are £100 a pair. They also need charging in between uses.
Some people like myself are very sensitive to the flicker using these glasses, they also suffer from ghosting or cross talk, so if you bought one of these tvs, I'd only recommend a high end one.
Passive 3DTV uses glasses similar to the ones found in cinema's.
The resolution is cut in half horizontally, but you brain takes both images and makes one complete picture. Some argue that this is also a full HD 3D picture. The glasses are very cheap and light.
This is down to my personal preference, but I prefer the cheaper passive 3DTVs. Both work with the PS3.
LG probably make the best passive 3D TVs and I have seen, 42inch sets from them, for as little as £550.
Best thing to do is go to your local Currys or Comet and see both Active and Passive tvs in action.
Hope this helps
