    • What is inside the SKY new HUB SR101, disassemble SR101

      Here, my second post, I gonna give some very exciting topics. One of them is to disassemble the SR101. Hope I am the number one to show what is inside of SR101.

      Red arrows are plastic fasteners, "S" indicates screws

      Have first look:


      Open SR101 howto:



      Taking out the PSU:



      The integrated PSU:



      First looking at the Main Board:



      The Main board of SR101:



      Some pin headers on the board, it might be the JTAG and TTL console port...
      A heatsink on the top of chipset (a SoC solution, with ADSL Router WiFi, BGA package), and glued. I have no idea to get it down...
      As a result, I do not know the type of the chip...

      What I can see are the RAM and FLASH chip...

      RAM: SAMSUNG K4T1G164QF-BCE7
      FLASH:Spansion FL128SAIH30
