Hi Malcolm,
I rebooted the phone and still had the issue but after my phone switched off due to battery since coming back on it has now let register the device.
Thank you for the offer of assistance.

Re: Sky Cloud Wifi App
Is this app running in the background all the time does anyone know? The reason I ask is if it is constantly searching for Cloud hotspots in the backgroud then surely it will be eating the battery. Or is it just a case of when you want to connect to a hotspot you launch the app?

McD's are moving over to O2 WiFi, so The Cloud will be disappearing from all McD's 'restaurants' shortly. As WiFi has always been free in McD's, I would like to think that O2 WiFi should also remain free as well.

Had lunch in Pizza Express today, hoped straight on the cloud... and even paid my bill via my iPhone rather than wait for them to bring the card reader!!!
