IM going to call them again to increase my upload speed should i ask them to increase my downlaod as well but they say thts as much as my line can take or the connection will drop

First get them to increase your upstream speed you should see the 600Kbps
Tell them that you want the downstream speed increased if they say that is all it can take say you want it increased anyway, then repost the stats once done. You should see 7 to 8Mb.

ok i did it and he tried to set it to 7meg but it only went to 6.4 and he sed it was unstable and that if i left it at that it would cause a build up of errors so its now at 6 meg then i moved the router back up stairs now its at 5.8 meg my stats are :-

Can sky do this?
i just called them and asked if they could increase my download speed as in my previous thread i was told they can try. But the man was adamant he could not. is this right? or shall i call again.
what chance is there that i will speak to the same person

Probably a good idea to re-post in your original thread. It may well be right that he is saying no. It all depends on your stats and without them being posted here, I cannot comment.

From those stats you are getting the fastest downstream you can get, you could try the test socket click on link below for details.
