XTE-2005 Installation Problem

I've just installed a XTE-2005 and everything is great. The phone works and I got about 0.5mb extra on my ADSL.

The only thing thats bugging me is that when I get a dial tone on my phone, it's not a constant tone like usual, it goes on and off in 1 second bursts.

Has anyone else who has done this had the same problem, or does anyone know where I might have gone wrong?

Cheers, Nathan.
