Outlook 2003

Hi I'm trying to fix my friends PC and I would just like to check with you if I have set this up correctly: Their ISP is Sky, their mail provider is yahoo and they are using outlook 2003 as their mail client. I have set the pop & SMTP settings to yahoo settings, ie pop.mail.yahoo.com etc. but they are experiencing connection difficulties from time to time just wondering if there are any issues etc that anyone is aware of?

speed problem

receive 4mb speed but once in house only receive 1mb. Only works wireless and not wired - can anyone help with this query please
