Can anyone tell me how to send email on an ITouch, or what the setting should be. Receiving is no problem.

Now this has to be one of the best adverts ever made.

Although it probably wouldn't tempt me into buying a brown loaf, it does make me want...

Posted 08-09-08 at 10:20 AM by Elvira
I have been a subscriber to Sky since almost the beginning and it used to be great talking to guys in Scotland with any problems. Now everytime it rains my picture freezes and I have to speak to someone in India who knows nothing. What do I do...

Does Sky Know the Meaning of Customer Service?

Posted 19-08-08 at 09:30 PM by maryoli
I don't normally use this sort of site but I am so angry at the way Sky Customer Service has treated me I had to make myself heard somehow!!
I moved home in March, at the time I called to cancel I was talked into moving onto the minimum package of £5.00 a month. As we were moving to a conservation area we knew that we wouldn't be allowed to have a dish on the house but we did want to explore the options available once we moved.
It took some time-there was a dish in the community garden...
