    It was nice to see the VM Twitter Team having a bit of banter on Twitter today rather than being all corporate.

    It started with this;

    I think, for the sake of clarity, @adam_pope should probably say waiting for a "Virgin media engineer", rather than "Virgin engineer"

    @virginmedia Nice to see a relaxed policy for interaction with customers not just a corporate stance. Keep it up! (sure theres a pun there)

    Normally VM have a pretty poor reputation on here, but this made me see the company through a different light. Well done chaps / lasses.
