Picture loss when it rains

I have been a subscriber to Sky since almost the beginning and it used to be great talking to guys in Scotland with any problems. Now everytime it rains my picture freezes and I have to speak to someone in India who knows nothing. What do I do...

ring them at 10pm. You usually get someone in Scotland. Picture freezing when it rains is a hazard of a small dish. It can be more affected when it rains. It could also be alignment or a dodgy LNB.
