using another sky router?
Im staying at my dads and his white netgear router disconnected last night and wont reconnect but luckily he had a spare sky router that was in use at his new wifes house but she has now moved in here and I tried that and connects fine.
Will sky have any issues with me using this router on this account; do i need to change the router password or will it be fine?
TIA

Re: using another sky router?
So long as a router has not been blocked, you can use any Sky router on any Sky ADSL connection. Sky only tends to block router when an account has not been settled.
Another potential issue (not applicable here) would be if someone has extracted the details and using them on their own router. Should they then sell off the original Sky router and use the details, then one of them won't connect.
