I have set up the Cam, and get the images at home where router is, now i want to access remotely from i phone?

It does depend a little on what your IP Cam app allows, but this is one solution:

First you will need to provide a fixed IP Address for the IP Cam. You can either set this as a fixed IP Address using the Advanced --> LAN IP Setup page or you can access the IP Camera and edit it's LAN settings and provide one. If the camera has UPnP, enable it.

Next it would be useful to set up an account with 'DynDNS' and set up a Dynamic address. Visit their website to do this:

Managed DNS | Outsourced DNS | Anycast DNS

This used to be a totally free service, but now you need to provide a credit card in order to get an account. If after the initial period you only want the free option, then you shouldn't be charged. Please DO read the instructions and remember to change it to 'Free' when the trial period has completed.

You can then add the Dynamic address to the router under Advanced --> Dynamic DNS.

Edit your IP Cam App to access the IP Cam using the DynDNS address. For mine I have two entries for each camera. This is because the Sky router doesn't like me referring back to my LAN from within the LAN using the DynDNS address. so one entry uses the internal IP Address, with the port number. The 2nd entry uses my DynDNS address.

If your IP cam supports UPnP, then that will be sufficient. If it doesn't then please read Ged's tutorial on port forwarding for the Sagem 2504N:

Sky User - How to port forward on a Sky Sagem F@ST2504n Router

Sky Fibre Unlimited Pro: Connected at 80,000 kbps / 20,000 kbps (in inital connection time)
Previous ADSL2+ Speed 19999 kbps 1153 kbps, Line Attenuation 17.5 db 6.9 db, Noise Margin 7.5 dB 8.7 dB
      Speedtest: 17.15MB/s 0.97Mb/s Ping 31 ms

I have just read a post on tbb that a free account can be registered on https://www.dlinkddns.com and the account will also work on dyndns too (as they are the DDNS service provider for D-Link).

More details near the bottom of this thread: http://forums.thinkbroadband.com/sky/t/4140809-re-static-ip-and-opendns.html
