I mean the PO password.
This should be entered in the Internet connection page, the first pic below. The rest of the details are entered in the Advanced WAN set up, like the second pic.

the saga continues - i have got the po username and password but the username is too long for the field - do i enter the whole thing???

even if it's too long to all be displayed in the field just put it all in it'll still work.

okay i have entered the full username and the password and run a diagnostics test the ppp authentication fails yet the authentication with the isp passes
i also have no internet light on the router - anymore suggestions this is driving me bonkers - thanks
