DMT & ST585v6

I can't get the DMT tool to allow me to use the SNR tab

I've used it on ADSL without any problems. I fire up DMT go to Special, Misc-options, Expert settings and tick the "unlock experimental area etc.," box. The tab appears, I click on save/close then connect to the Speedtouch. When the connection is made the Tab disappears. I go back to the Expert Settings box but the "unlock experimental area" box is greyed out

I have the correct DMT version. Is it something to do with ADSL2 ?.

You need to downgrade your firmware to firmware_UK_Be-Wh_ST585v6_en_6-1-4-3 , Experimental area will not work with any other version

DMT (DSL-Modem Tool) scroll down the page look for your router under the various versions. Download the version you want, during the install it allows you to select English language.
