Slow speeds

Hi i'm a new'bie to this forum.

I am capped from 16.00 till midnight with bt bb unlimited option 3. I have untill febuary when i am able to give bt the heave ho & sign up with sky bb.
I was wondering if there was a way to get out of the contract early as i am not getting my full download speeds or up load speeds i am not a heavy user but i reckon i might get about 40gig a month downloads so i don't see why i should be shafted by bt.

Any help would be appreciated.

everyone is capped/throttled on P2P ports during peak time to keep browsing speed good...no way around it, regardless if you're a heavy user or not...

only way out of contract is to pay the remaining months i'd imagine...
