Sling Box Solo

I hope this is in the right place.

I'm just wondering if anyone has one of these nifty sling box solo devices. Sling Media - Slingbox SOLO - this box allows you to watch your Sky TV from anywhere in the world (as long as you're connected to the net).

I have a Sky HD box and Sky Broadband Mid, I'm just wondering if anyone knows if it's easy to set up with this set up and if it works through the sky netgear router.

I think it would be great to be able to watch certain shows while at work... Shhh... don't tell the boss.

There's a lot of good sport on during the days, golf, tennis, cricket etc.
