DG834GT help!!

I had the router in recov mode, however the dog tripped on the power cord and pulled it out turning the router off. (the router didnt drop on the floor) However now when i plug the router in i get no power LED light, all I get is all ethernet lights green and then go off and only light if i have an ethernet plugged in. I also cant get the router in recov mode any more.

Re: DG834GT help!!

Sounds like its broke, phone sky and tell them it stopped working.
Dont tell them about the flashing procedure, just say you fuse went in the house or something, and it occured when you turned power back on.

They will most likely send you out a new one.

Re: DG834GT help!!

Just tell them there are no lights on the router, you can tell them the socket has been checked and is working and they will send out a new router. If you have had it 12 months or more it may take over a week to arrive though as they take longer to sort out.
