unable to extract PPPoA details

Hi

Sorry if this have been asked before, but i have tired every which way i can think of to get the PPPoA username and pwd from my sky router, but its not working.

1. I installed MossyWell's program and when i click on the Display ADSL username and pwd it pop up with a little box that doesnt contain any username or pwd

2. i have tired entering url's to get the username and pwd and get get page can't be dispalyed

My firmware is: V1.03.87

i need to the PPPoA details to enter into the new router i brought, any help would be great!!!

i have tired following the instructions from Asinine Monkey | NETGEAR DG834GT Hacking and keep getting 404 error saying the web page doesn't exist.

also tired the neo netgear toolbox, no joy with that as it says no response from the router.

any ideas?

Did you not read the first sticky in the link you were given earlier?

You do not need to extract your username and password.

You can use James's generator here .

try this

enable telnet from

Mel's Notes: Dg834gt-1skuk

Then start>CMD>telnet 192.168.0.1

and type in

cat /tmp/nvram | grep pppoa_

i managed to run the following ok:

http://192.168.0.1/setup.cgi?todo=debug

but then when i try and telnet to the router it ask's for a username and pwd, so having just reset the router have to factory defaults, i assume it admin and sky, but it don't work, also tired admin and password

any ideas?
